Bill’s greatest contribution to his clients is my ability to take complicated healthcare challenges and turn in them into simple workable solutions. Entering into the healthcare world in 1983, and working to create innovative solutions for employers of all sizes, has provided Bill with a broad brush of education to problem-solve with. Bill has witnessed the changes and challenges healthcare faces today. Providing Performance Based Contracts to all his clients, puts carriers, vendors, other brokers, and TPA’s on notice, that performance and outcomes matter. Old norms are not acceptable. Reducing costs, teaching, and motivating people and companies to create plans that incentivize themselves to be better consumers of healthcare. That’s what Bill strives for.
